The staff are very efficient serving. However the crockery is disgusting, the cups are so old they are chipped and so scratched,the glass looks patterned. This is very off putting to drink from, Costa make a lot of money on drinks and the standard of hygiene is very poor. The floor looks like it has never been cleaned and... read full comment
