Worst costumer service I've ever encountered! I got stopped at the door before coming in and got refused entry if I didn't finish the coffee I already had with me. We ordered two paninis which took 25mins to arrive… they were a bit bland and dry. I ordered a “freshly squeezed” orange juice and recieved a small glass of cheap juice from concentrate! The waitress was lovely though.
