Unfortunately the staff were rude, unhelpful and slightly aggressive. I see other people have had the same experience. Maybe they need some training. Stratford staff were great (where I went when Banbury wouldn't help me).

Probably no fault of the store at all, but there is no other way to review online orders. I ordered a product online. I don't even live in Banbury but it was showing as available for collection the next morning. I received no confirmation that it is ready to collect so checked my emails and turns out it will only be ready... read full comment
