I made the arduous journey into Abingdon town under the impression that Spar would be open as per their door sign AND the Google listing. That was not the case. I was grossly let down. The chicken noodles they do here are so similar to what you'd get from a chinese restaurant! And the chicken in it is so very moist and tender!! Also, the dried mango packets, for £2, from here are a great price and delicious!

Closed, metallic curtain down, its 8pm Sunday 28th August. Google says closure at 10pm, spar website says 11pm. Walked all the way for nothing
