I went in today expecting to feel very anxious as i normally do in banks as I struggle to understand bank lingo but the lady named Hannah was very helpful and very straight forward with me, was extremely professional, well mannered, and is an absolute credit to the abingdon Santander branch, hope you give her a raise immediately!
