Poor . Despite facility to nominate a safe space for delivery it always gets ignored and parcel taken back to sorting office. Now the sorting office is only open 8am-10am Mon-Frid .Either stand by the process on your Website for leaving parcels or get rid of it so we know you will never drop off a parcel .
