I wouldn't normally have cause to complain, except to say that all too often there is only one till open at what must be the busiest time of the day: the half-hour or so leading up to the last collection. The advertised opening hours are not correct - actually shuts at 13:00 on Sat, as I found out when I turned up at 13:10. Very frustrating
