Great service. We called in at the end of August on the off chance that we could speak to someone about savings options. We were told to wait and after about 10 mins we were seen by a very helpful member of staff called Amber. She was professional and friendly and gave us sound advice. It’s 2023, Abingdon’s branch opening times of 9.30-3.30 suits no one that works full time. 8.30-5.30 like the rest of the working world or even early or late openings in the week.

Amiable but somewhat leisurely service from very casually dressed staff. Badly lit rather seedy and scruffy branch of HSBC, not the most shining example.
