I had no issues until now, today a lady in the counter was bit rude and bad customer service.

I ordered a deliveroo to get some medicine as I was sick. Co op cancelled the order because they didn't have any medicine in stock. I drove their 15 minutes later and the isle was full of the exact medicine I asked for.
