Ordered a product for click and collect but was given incorrect item when I arrived in store. The item I ordered was out of stock. Staff unhelpful and unapologetic. Management unprofessional. Useless!

Popped in today to try and match floor beading and a threshold to match my flooring, although they didn’t have anything to match the Karen the lady who served me went above and beyond to try and find suitable products on the shelf and also on line.Thank you Karen

This store is not large and therefore the product range is not as extensive as you might hope. However, we had the pleasure of being served by a lady in the bathroom/kitchen showroom area today whilst choosing a sink tap for our kitchen.
