Booked a collection, told they would be here between 7 and 730am Saturday. 1pm and no one had arrived. Contacted the office and told the driver had gone home. Total waste of time. Gave the items away to a more appreciative charity.

Two guys turned up to take a dining room table and chairs but left look like they weren't bothered me and my partner took it out no problem went to tip instead of going to a good home could of made the British heart Foundation £100 no problem what a waste
