Still not changed!! in 2021. Still v unhappy with the plastic mountain on M \\u0026 S shelves (M\\u0026S West Bridgford!). Check out assistants still ask as routine if shoppers need a plastic bag - the so called 'bags for life' dolled out even for 1 item.
