The doors are locked as it's currently appointment only. Despite me rattling the doors, they kept me waiting outside in the rain. The member of staff seeing me kept taking his mask off when I was in a room with him (customers were made to wear them). If I could give these jokers zero stars I would do. Rank incompetence pretty much every time I've gone in over the last couple of years. Can't be bothered to even list the myriad issues. Specsavers for me from now on
