Just been into your shop to post a parcel to DHL. I was served by a fantastic member of staff. Didn’t get the name but he was senior sales he was excellent at his job. The store was quite busy he kept his cool as he had to input all my details. The code I had wouldn’t go into the system. He served me with confidence.... read full comment
