Staff at the works store in Retford are always friendly, makes you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Have good offers on and the rewards scheme is also very good.

Great staff always there to lend a hand with any questions or tips. Great stock of fiction books and arts and crafts - loads of kits to try out a new craft or materials for crafts you already do. I love their paints and canvases - good quality and a really good price
