A few weeks ago I went to this store to print off labels and post about 15 parcels. It was clear immediately to their staff member Baine that I hadn't got a clue what to do!!!!! Was something at the back off the shelf as I was not able to and Susan could not have done enough for me. Staff are always friendly and helpful, pleasure to go in
