Loads of problems with HO suddenly demanding identification documentation which didn't exist to verify my account 15 years on. No reason given. Good staff at bank did their best when I finally 'lost it' 8n the branch. It took 5 visits to resolve. Typical Bank. Arrogant, incompetent HO - Post Office anyone?

We went to the Retford santander branch on Saturday the 30th of September to see if we could change our account's to a higher interest one . We spoke to a young lady behind the counter and she advised us we could do it on line or make an appointment, she gave us information on which account's we we're better going for...

Absolutely fantastic staff I have learning difficulties and I have needed to change my PIN a lovely manager there was on duty help me more closely worked brilliant now I know what the correct penny's big thank you to Santander Retford
