Helpful friendly staff quite quick in queue and efficient

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff member was rude, uncooperative and downright untruthful about the service provided by the PO. I would go a long way out of my way to avoid giving them any business and would strongly urge everyone else to do the same.
