Rude shouting at public on phone took ages to sort out medication then when meds delivered they had not sent meds ordered now moved to day and night chemist these are totally useless but it's not just this well pharmacy cotgrave and keyworth just as bad avoid them if u can or you will be pulling your hair out when u visit

Rude and unhelpful doesn’t accurately describe the service.Woman on the counter was so unhelpful it hurt my soul!Telling everyone how busy they are, barking at the customers. Took me 2 calls to my doctors to get the issue sorted.
