Customer service is nonexistent with Trailfinders. After several issues at the end of our trip (that cost us over £10,000) all the helpline team have told us to do is to rebook flights and hotels ourselves.Why did we book with Trailfinders with assurances that their team are there to assist with any problems?

This review is only one star because it's not possible to go lower. We booked a £10000 honeymoon trip with those people. A trip through South East Asia with extra leisure days added at a beach location recommended by our agent. AN EXPERT in the region.
