travelled 3 hours to visit this shop as it’s the filming location of my favourite show. i had no bad intentions, and arrived there at 4:17 when the shop was set to close at 4:30. all i wanted to do was go in and have a look around, possibly buy something to support the shop so i was really disappointed to see it closed... read full comment

Extremely rude member of staff on the till as well as the so-called manager. Very disrespectful of people's disabilities.

When I wanted to buy something, there weren’t any staff on the floor so I went into the staff room to try and get some service, all the staff were participating in a "Rot Test challenge" with stained clothing and the manager, Sue said "Gloria must be gone" before FINALLY sending one of her volunteers out to serve me.
