Terrible customer service. Used the self service till to buy clothing, waited for someone to come and de tag items, eventually went to 2 assistants who were chatting, they looked annoyed at being interrupted and told me to go back and wait, someone will be with you. I have been trying for three days to contact the pharmacy. The phone doesn’t ring when I tried other departments rang twice then cut off. I’m disabled and don’t want to spend £10:00 on a taxi to find it’s not ready. Extremely frustrating.
