We came at around 9am to have breakfast. Bad customer service, the lady assumed that the food is for takeaway and so they gave us the food cold and wrapped , so I asked if they could put it in a plate and heat it up but the guy serving was rude. Unreasonably too expensive. First of all, everything, including your hot drink, is served in paper cups. A cheese toast costs £5.50 – two slices of bread with a little cheese!
