Asked for and spoke to a manager. What a lovely polite person. From my dealings with the manager through to the customer service desk to leaving the store a most relaxing experience. And the most polite staff.

Big store with lots of toys for all age ranges. Security guard at front door always greeting customers with a smile. Parking is free for 2 hours here but can get very busy!

I visited a few weeks ago and bought a ride on toy. Guy on the shop floor was very helpful. Then ordered a bike with assembly online. Received a phone call from a very polite member of staff advising when it was likely to be ready. Follow up phone call was great as was the service in store when collecting. A great set of...
