Brought from them many, many times. Either on site or through the web site. Never had a problem and their customer service has always been top notch. Staff are always helpful. Returns or exchanges have never been an issue

Went to the queen's drive store on the 4/1/24 for a door lock and was served by a lady called Melanie who was one of the most helpful staff I have come across in a long time . Nothing was to much trouble for her .she is a credit to your store I only wish more people were like her.
