Disgusting service , counting machines broken and ONE cashier on in a city centre branch on a Monday !

i would rate zero if possible. a different branch told me the exact documentation i needed yet this branch refused to accept it. i have been to santander several times now trying to sort out this issue i don’t have the time to constantly be going in because each time they want something different. this branch in particular... read full comment

The staff dont try to solve my problem but keep me waiting and have to revisit the branch 3 times, they have attitude as well
