Almost no milk free sandwiches or pastries. Unless I want red grapes or blueberries, lunch is no longer an option here. I used to eat steak bakes 3 times a week from Sainsbury's, but they changed the recipe and added milk, which almost put me in hospital . My nectar card is just for fuel now, such a shame
