Shelves half empty, hardly seen staff on floor so less attention on customers help or on self check even called them many times. Big queue on till area with one till on. Came in to buy drinks, snacks and sandwiches for 4 people for ice skating. Got told to leave by security as I had an open tray of roast potatoes in my hand.Security guard needs to give his head a wobble.

I'd like to shop there more but it's full of fake homeless conning people.
