Unprofessional staffs, not sure if they don’t like the hassle of handling driving permits or what, told me the gov website information not updated , post office no long handle IDP, the guy even suggested me to go to Morrison and made up some phone number for me to contact.

The woman is very aggressive, saying I gave the wrong details when they are the ones who lost my package. Wouldn’t recommend since the staff don’t even know how to properly process the packages and get them sent on time. This is the second time they’ve lost my package.

The worst post office in Nottingham! A post office that doesn't take cash deposits, a post office that moans about sending parcels. I honestly don't think this should be a post office. It's also always got people hanging around it looking for trouble.
