I arranged for the parcel to be delivered to the Royal mail sorting office, but it is only open for 2 hours a day so the Parcel Force driver couldn't drop it off there at the first attempt but dropped it off there a day later. Total shambles waited in for delivery then get message we tried to deliver your parcel.No they didn't and no option on phone to talk to customer service.

I am just going to stop using Parcelforce, I drop my parcels off at post office and they don't get collected, I have to message Parcelforce on Twitter each time to get them collected.
