Once a phone sale is complete the staff in store aren't bothered about you, I went in for a case for the phone they'd sold me 2 days prior with a voucher code which says in black and white can be used in store to be told no we can't accept this. I'd presume if I was purchasing another phone they would of been happy to help,...

Cannot get through on the phone, number saying.it isn't in service anymore and to call 100 back, but takes me to customer service when I need to speak specifically to victoria center o2
