A Nationwide customer for decades and they are great. The Nottingham branch experience would totally benefit from a facelift. I recently visited the Norwich branch and it was like night and day. Had to go in to change some details on my account and was helped by Liam, he was super lovely and friendly and efficient, answered all questions I had very clearly. You don’t get service like that often, whatever you guys are paying him isn’t enough!
