The worst experience ever in my life with the fraud team call. Ridiculously rude and unprofessional, hung up in the middle of a conversation. I’m closing my account!

I am a client of this bank, unfortunately, and my treatment with him was racist and his treatment of me was very bad. He left my service because I am not white and went to serve a white woman. When I told him, why are you using unprofessional excuses? This bank, I think, will soon declare bankruptcy.
