They missed wings off my order I rang KFC they gave me a code for missed item and a little extra for inconvenience well done KFC. I have altered CS to 4star They have spoiled the recipe The Colonel would turn in his grave Corporate greed another victory for new improved recipe BS.
Ordered to box meals took about 30 minutes to make then no beans, suppose to be table service but shouted us over even though there was no one in, got meal which was freezing cold, fries were spicy as hell. Got a refund wasn’t happy, Seriously they could t run a piss up in a brewery

Firstly, it took the staff at the front 20 minutes to let us pay for our order-they completely ignored us whilst we waited at the front. They then forget my large drink and my fries which I hadn’t noticed until I got home. Worst KFC experience ever.
