Some of the staff are really unhelpful and rude. Another place gone down hill! Been a customer for 25 years!!! Might have to think about changing to another bank!!!

I asked the person at the counter if I can change the date of my appointment and she told me to sit in the lounge until the appointment person comes, I waited for an hour and the appointment person just kept telling me to wait my turn until I asked the woman at the counter again and she told me that they didn't have any...
