Kept on hold for 20 minutes, guy picked up then muted himself and obviously didn’t put the headset down, couldn’t be bothered to deal with the phone but didn’t want to hear it ring. Super unprofessional especially after I was asked to ring back because of an “urgent matter”.

Car booked in for service left my car with them all day phoned them at 4 to be told it was on the ramp and ready for half five only to be told when I got there they hadn’t had time to do the work so lost a days pay as well as time unacceptable.
