Was in there for 11 minutes, couldn't park as it was full, could not move as it was gridlocked and left asap but still got fined and my appeal was ignored on the grounds they gave ample time to leave, absolute robbery and scamming company

Always busy but today the guy on the desk was spot on. Every customer in front got asked pertinent questions for their purchase, clearly knew his stuff.
