Went midday- very busy - only 3 staff serving- had to clear a table before sitting down. Downstairs toilets not working- only upstairs disabled toilet. Coffee usual standard. Sat in for at least 40 mins - just before leaving someone from the backroom came out to finally start clearing the tables and side window ledgers... read full comment

The standards of this chain have really declined over the past few years, rude young staff, bad customer service, dirty sticky tables, cramped surroundings seem to be the order of the day. And surprise surprise the coffee isn't that great either. You better off spending your money with an independent barista you will... read full comment
