Rude member of staff refused to serve me because I had no ID, I’m almost 50! He was in a mood because I asked him to serve me as there was no one on the till. I don’t usually need to have anything to do with the staff but the self checkout needed a staff member to authorise my purchase and for the second time running... read full comment
