Caffè Nero is such a chill spot. I love how they open early in the morning—it’s perfect if you need that first coffee to start your day. The atmosphere is really nice, and the staff are always so friendly, which makes the whole experience even better.
They are so slow serving here. They need more staff.

Terrible coffee and rude staff except the old lady. At this point I think they are serving sentences not employees. The definition of mediocrity in terms of everything service coffee food and hygiene
