AVOID - Waited 25 minutes for a cheeseburger meal and a double cheeseburger meal to be presented with a cold, small burger that looked nothing like the picture, about 10 chips and half a cup of coffee. At nearly £15 it was an absolutely disgusting price and a complete rip off. Will never order from Burger King again.

I rarely eat fries but just fancied some today at Trowell services after a visit to Yorkshire. I should have realised all was not well because there was a crowd of bored looking people hanging aroud the Burger King stand. Overpriced for what it is. Ordered and had to wait for 30 minutes just to get the wrong burger. Perhaps the only good thing about my meal was that I wasn’t given any bacon. The food was cold, burger overcooked and dry. The staff were nice and apologetic about the wait but clearly didn’t want to be there as well as lethargic...
