I know they are short staffed but they have had my prescription for 4 days. Just rang to see if it's ready only to be told not open today Saturday. When it clearly says open until 5.30. ?♀️?♀️?♀️

Went to get a prescription at 17.45 in a Tuesday but for some reason the place is shut. Your opening times specify you’re open up to 7pm. Can you clarify your opening times as this is clearly incorrect and should be stated via the website of any disruption to your service.
