Let down badly. Booked flu jab. Was cancelled. Said would do a walk in. Not correct. Had to go elsewhere after “fob off”

So awful. Felt so sorry for the gentleman who had been told his prescription was ready … but wasn’t. No care, no consideration, absolutely no empathy. Made no attempt to help or find a solution. Worst customer service I’ve have ever encountered.
