Unhelpful, parcel should have been with me 3 days ago, rushed across town tonight to get there as finally told it had arrived. Got there at 5:31 and told sorry, you’ll have to come back tomorrow, we’re open 9-5:30. even just to collect a parcel sat right there behind the counter. What a jobsworth.
