really poor service on an online order, shop said they had it, then they didn't have it, then I received an email to say I had returned it. The shop found it in their returns cart (I had never seen it), they offered to resell it to me - before I had received any monies back - totally disorganised

Don't shop here - The parking is run by a scam Company and you will be fined up to £100 if you do not park exactly within a parking bay........avoid at all costs until the shop owner does something about this!!!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

Not the largest of Next shops but friendly staff, nice layout and not too hot.
