Awful bank, awful stroppy staff, elderly man who works there beyond useless, actually a joke. Only saving grace is the young small dark haired girl who rectified my issues and was very knowledgeable and attentive.

Seen to have conveniently set the opening times so that people who actually have a job can’t go to the bank. I’d imagine this is so that they can say there is no demand for the physical bank and close it for online services.
