Ordered today for things missing and to find a hair in the food went up to get it right for Andy the cook on shift to have ago so unprofessional think the staff needs retraining on how to be professional especially sky who was the shift leader on duty not the first time things have been missed off. Ordered a massive online missing some of the order phoned up to try sort it out sky the manager on shift wasn't prepared to do anything about it she needs re training her attitude was unprofessional
