What an aging experience. 1st meal out since march 2020 (lockdown v1.0) Great service , fantastic food. Really made to feel welcome.

Travelling up the A1 and wanted somewhere for food that wasn't a service station. Got the burger which was a proper homemade burger with proper chips, it was a good quality burger and very filling. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals too, the BLT sandwich was a meal in itself. Will definitely return.

Drove up in motorhome and had a stopover for sunday dinner, serving food till 8 o clock Sundays as well, great pub with great food and drink at very reasonable prices, couldn't fault the staff as they couldn't do enough for you.. very good experience and thank you very much, will return ?
