The HSBC website shows this branch has “counter service”The branch does NOT have proper counter service and I was unable to pay cash into our HSBC Charity Account by way of a HSBC paying-in book. My local branch has now closed so I travelled 18 miles to the Newark Branch. What a waste of time and effort. This is a...
