Visited the store late Sunday afternoon 30/07/23. I was served by Tom S at the checkout. What a charming young man, he was cheerful, interactive and although I’m sure at the end of his shift, he was charming. It makes such a difference to the shopping experience. Shopped here yesterday. Typical excellent prices and decent selection. But the customer service was exceptional. I was struggling with a huge pile of tins of dog food. One guy opened a new till to help me, his young assistant helped me carry the tins to the car. Outstanding ! That's how you get customers back.
